As I progressed throughout highschool and early college, I was told by so many people to hurry up and make a choice, so Pharmacy was what I stuck to, to make it seem like I knew what I wanted to do with my life if anyone were to ever ask me. After a while, I realized that I really needed to know what my true passion was, it was frightening yet amazing seeing people around me decided and happy with their career choice, while I, well couldn't find what I loved. I soon began to actually dig in and research into other things. When I took my first public health class my freshman year of university, I finally found something that captured my interest, Medicine. No, this is not just a phase, I truly find it interesting to the point that I get excited to come back home and learn more about medicine and worldly famines/health disparities. I've never felt this excited for everything else that I've tried throughout my highschool years. I knew medicine has always been there, but I was afraid. Not afraid of the amount of years it would take to complete, but if I was able to complete
