It was October 16, 2012. I was in seventh grade, just a boy to become someone or something. We were loading the bus with our two coaches, Coach Voss and Coach Larh. Coach Voss the offensive coach who liked to make us run, and coach larh, our Defensive coach who taught me everything I known about the defensive side of the ball. This was a big game for me and my fellow teammates this game was going to set the tone for the rest of the season to show that we can be successful. Looking back on these days they were tough.Every night before practice was over we ran killers and I also had to review plays for my new position as running back. To put this game in my eyes this was huge if you were to ask another player they would have said differently. If we were to win this game this would help us forget our last season with a losing record of 1-7 and I think this helped motivate me for this game. The B-Teams game started and I was on the field for kick return and I got the ball and everything just slowed down and I took advantage of this so I took the ball and ran straight up the sidelines for a touchdown! Looking back, there were a few other people close to me, but this helped bring our team out of our our losing streak back into our winning streak, but the game wasn't over, two quarters remained left in the B game, and this was just the start of the game that I will look back on and say this was the game that started it all. They now have the ball and we had to stop them to win this game. I played linebacker and we needed to stop them, but we couldn't and they now have scored their first touchdown and now the score was 8 to 8, and it was the end of the first quarter and there were only one quarter
