The new system must also be easy to use for the employees and company.
The new system should provide information and reports in a timely manner by the end of each period.

By allowing it’s usage the report can show and forecast infrequent changes and activities of the weather at the beginning of the year. And at the middle and end of the year the data can be used monthly.
