What if the principal sends you into his office and he wants you to tell him what happened with your friend and this other kid so you lie to keep your friend out of trouble.these are one of many lies you can tell. this is one that can keep someone out of trouble so .lying is ok for helping out people and for saving lives and other things. Lying can get people out of trouble. I see lying only acceptable at times.some people may argue that lying isn't ok you can lose friends or other peoples trust.immanuel kant explains that it harms mankind in many ways. I understand but when you're lying for the people you love it doesn't mean you have to kill them every time but instead you're saving them another day to live and be free it's not that harmful it's called life
To sum it up lying isn't that bad it's better to lie when you're in trouble or to save someone's life or feelings. Lying isn't all that bad you can save a life or get yourself out of trouble maybe even protect feelings.
