What if the principal sends you into his office and he wants you to tell him what happened with your friend and this other kid so you lie to keep your friend out of trouble.these are one of many lies you can tell. this is one that can keep someone out of trouble so .lying is ok for helping out people and for saving lives and other things. I see lying only acceptable at times.some people may argue that lying isn't ok you can lose friends or other peoples trust.immanuel kant explains that it harms mankind in many ways.
