Life Of Pi Research Paper

Does it pay to live a good time when in time of need of distress? I am very much familiar and aware of the movie, Life Of Pi. The movie was released in 2012, I heard form my fiends that theres was a book previously written about it too, as in many cases this goes the same for movies. Both the movie and book is about a young boy Pi Patel. He loose his mother, father and brother in a sudden hurricane storm. He is stranded on a make shift boat with a tiger. Yes, a tiger, many may question this because as we all know, a figure is a deadly and dangerous animal to be around. If the tiger is not in a cage or held by protection, one many die or the tiger can inflict fatal wounds to the human body. Unlike any other friendship, he became friends with thew tiger. Throughout the movie, it is seemed that Pi has nine lives as we say cats do. How can a young boy survive on a boat for so long with barley any food and water. The scorching hot sun causing the body to become dehydrated and may cause hallucinations also. Going up I often watched a television show on Discovery channel called Man vs World. This was natural as the tiger became very hungry. Similar to us human, when we are hungry we become angry sand miserable. The tiger, Richard Parker could have killed or wounded Pi on many occasion but he didn’t, God would not allow it. This was God protecting Pi as a reward of his being faithful throughout his years in India living. Without God’s love and mercy no one can survive living with a tiger on a boat for so long and not dying. When an animal sees his or her prey, they are no ways stopping them. Animals have no way to expressing them except for psychically among their master or someone they are familiar with. So therefore we are unable to know what Richard Parker was thinking when he wanted to attack Pi. Did he want to kill him or was no food and water getting to him so he had to let is anger out on
