Unfortunately, they failed to present the side of Marcos. They presented the side of Marcos as the military and the government as a whole which he handled but never his personal say on the matter. The Aquino family was already convinced that Marcos did murder Ninoy. I believe that they did not even consider the possibility that the assassination was headed by another personother than Marcos. They were close-minded. Aside from that, I think they somehow contributed in implanting the thought of Marcos as the murderer to the minds of the Filipinos, taking advantage of the hatred they have against Marcos and the hope they have for Ninoy. He leaked out the information so that media and supporters would wait for his arrival. He may have used the hot issue between Marcos and Ninoy as an opportunity to murder Ninoy and put the blame on Marcos. If it was Cojuangco, the question here is why? Cojuangco was a known crony or friend of Marcos and was part of the group (Rolex 12) that helped in enforcing the Martial Law. During that time, he had a conflict with Ninoy’s family. However, the same can be said to any of the politicians in the government. If we also put them in the story, everything will also make sense. This is because of the problem on
