In the Summer of 2017, these students will receive their wish. For two weeks, the FIRST LEGO LEAGUE will be setting up a camp; there, high schoolers involved in Iron Hawks instruct these little leaguers on the STEM skills they’ve attained. These skills include their prowess on programming, CAD design, electronics, welding, and general mechanics. Like their mentors before, our students are excited to bring knowledge they learn to others, so the providing of teaching little kids in FIRST LEGO LEAGUE excites them.
Thanks to FIRST and Team Iron Hawks, high school students can grow as future employees/employers.
