Making jokes about how they don’t look like any of the models attempting to make themselves feel better. Something we don’t realize is that modeling are these women’s full time job; they actually work towards looking this way this means working out regularly, facials, hair treatments and a strict meal plan; this routine is unrealistic for an average women to undertake. I'm tired of women being told that there's only one "hot" body type. You can look however you want and own that look. It doesn’t matter if it others don’t like it, the only opinion that matters is yours. Instead of looking for ways to change your body there are a couple of steps you can do to save your self worth.
1. Accept your body.
Social media constantly promotes that ideal sexy slim body type however fails to promote self-acceptance and the idea that everyone has a different unique figure. Allow your views to be altered and be accepting of the more realistic criteria’s. If someone compliments you appreciate and accept the compliment rather then saying disregarding it.

Being able to work hard and test your bodies’ limits through exercise is a great stress release mechanism. Working out gets you in your own zone, you can forget about everything else for a while and just feel amazing.
4. Eat Clean
Eating a large margarita pizza or even a kinder covered cookie is not a sin and you shouldn’t feel bad about it either; however constantly eating junk is not the way to go. Your body is your temple and what you put in it reflects upon your looks, your attitude and how you feel about yourself. The food you eat is what allows your body to work effectively and provides it with energy; eating clean is one of the many ways to help you feel good about yourself and gets you feeling energized at the same time.
5. Stop idolizing.
Stop trying to compare yourself to a misconception of what “perfection” is. Its okay to watch these fashion shows, its okay to follow these accounts, its okay to admire their beauty, however its not okay to follow these accounts that fuel your insecurities.
