The procedures can easily required an hour of pharmacist’s time but would only receive a range of $2-10 for each claim from the health insurance companies. The lack of payment model and status recognition prevent patients from accessing benefit achievable through pharmacist services. The two professional journal publications, APha and Pharmacy Times, suggest that pharmacist obtained provider status would improve patient therapy outcome, higher rate of patient satisfaction and reduce health cost. I think if the pharmacist service is adequately coverage or compensation, then the pharmacist would have more incentive to focus on patient-centered
