One of the eye-opening experience that I was able to be part of was when the high school orchestra went to Spain for Spring Break. It was there that I witnessed the international appreciation of classical and orchestral music. I distinctly remember the audience in Granada giving us a standing ovation as well as an encore. From the countless opportunities of volunteering for the summer music camp to the dedication in performing at concerts, these events have allowed me to look for a college that will be able to test both myself academically and through extracurriculars.
