In my personal opinion Germany is to blame for World War 1. Germany was the most aggressive country at the time. They turned a war between two countries into global warfare."Russia started to mobilize troops to help Serbia, but it didn’t officially declare war on anyone.Who declared war on Russia and turned the whole thing in a truly world war was Germany on August 1st 1914."(Gustavo Pedroso). This supports my first point of Germany being the aggressors. Also Germany Declared War on France on August 3rd 1914 and invades Belgium to catch them off guard. "Germany invades Belgium hoping to be fast enough so the French wouldn’t have enough time to defend themselves"(Gustavo Pedroso). By doing this they are causing more conflict in Europe because
