Principle B standard was met because they trusted the people that were working along side them. Trusting that they would do the surgery correctly. They also got no personal advantages other than their name was going to be published. Principle C, integrity was met because they did tell Charlie what the effects could be, the good and the bad. They did not engage in any fraud, misrepresentation, or cheat. The lab and the head of the experiment did have good judgment and treated Charllie the same as any other race, gender, religion, or age, as said in Principle D. Principle F wasn't completely followed, they set Charlie up for humiliation while in the learning stage, all in the benefit of later being socially accepted. They did not tell the general public about the experiment but some of the public knew before the Psychological Convention when he left and made the paper. They did do everything that they could to increase human welfare and make Charlie socially accepted. While some parts of the standards were broken, most all of them were withheld by the lab. The surgery was ethically okay because they don't break more than a few parts of the ethic code, but morally it is not okay to change such a big part of the human body. People should feel that they are socially accepted. The society does this to people, making them feel

Charlie developed emotions he's never felt before, he never had any drive towards women in a loving way, he also didn’t feel much anger or hate towards anyone.
