Everything went downhill after that. I told myself I would make flashcards for one of classes’ midterms and I would make a study guide for the other mid-term I have after fall break. Over fall break I did not do any work, I did not look at my planner, and I did not get ready for the next month. Over the break all I did was hangout with friends and workout with my basketball trainer. Now for the week to come I will be stressed because I have two big test that I have not prepared or even started studying for. Plus, on top of that I have to finish writing the last couple pages of this project. So the mid- term for Wednesday I have to cram because I did not follow what I had on my planner or my do list over fall break. Overall I think my week was a big disappointment of trying to change my conduct. After this week, I think I went back to contemplation stage because I am still trying to figure out what will make me do better with trying to change my behavior. Furthermore, the contemplation stage is when you are getting involved in some of the activity.
