Everyone loves to go for a drive. Whether it’d be for the time alone or spending time with someone special, people can't get enough time in their cars. People actually want to go outside and get into their cars to drive and accomplish their daily adventures.
On the other hand, some people may not like driving in the summertime because it’s hot and uncomfortable to be sitting in what's basically a moving easy bake oven. Sitting in a hot car can melt your makeup, make people sick and even cause major issues for pets, babies, or elderly folk you may have in the vehicle.

People don’t prefer driving in the winter due to how dangerous it is to be driving a car on icy roads, especially if you don't have a car built to handle those conditions. It’s cold outside and you’d rather be cuddled up on the couch watching a movie and sipping hot chocolate instead of driving on the icy roads. Driving in icy conditions is like the real life equivalent of driving on Rainbow Road in Mario Kart, no one really enjoys it because they don't want to get into an

It was not faster nor easier to drive to school since there are a lot of other cars. The only benefit from driving to school from home is to not be exposed to the cold morning weather. Once I asked my friends that why do they drive to school so much when you can just walk, some of them replied that they do not know they just want to because why not, and the others replied that they got cars now so they do not have to walk anymore. I was shocked with their replies because I thought they just do not want to walk and because it was cold in the morning, but they did not even provide me with an actual answer, it has just occurred to them that they should drive to school because driving just seems better than walking. With the technology that…

I think driving in the winter driving is very different from summer driving. A different set of driving skills is required in the winter because of extreme weather conditions. Winter is the hardest season for drivers to drive in and the summer is the easiest. At least this is my opinion. While there are many differences, there are also many similarities.…

This generation loves to live life in the fast lane; we love our freedom, our speed, and most importantly our cars. Almost everyone obtains a driver’s license at the age of sixteen as they reach that milestone of their life, and in celebration of this achievement a car is to be presented. But perhaps, this tradition should be changed a new as cars are eating away at our world population and economy; we can do this by limiting the usage of cars. Limiting the usage of cars is an advantage because it reduces the amount of greenhouse emissions, lessens the chances of traffic jams and car accidents, and because it boosts the economy by inspiring the construction of suburban communities. The first reason as to why limiting the usage of cars is an…

To begin with, I will be comparing how driving in the summer and driving in the winter are different and how they are also alike. There are different skills that are needed for driving in the summer versus driving in the winter. To start, driving in the winter can be more difficult to drive through and that is because of the weather conditions. In winter, the weather is always changing,it could be rain, snow, sleet, hail, and all four of them can be very difficult to drive through because it can make it hard for the driver to see where they are going. Furthermore, Summer is probably the easiest to drive through and this is because in summer the weather is mostly hot and dry, making it easier to drive and easier to see where you are going.…

On three Saturdays in August 2016, hundreds of thousands of people will take advantage of Summer Streets, an annual event that prohibits cars from driving on a major thoroughfare connecting Central Park to the Brooklyn Bridge, and opens roads for pedestrians. "This is what everyday life could look like as if people mattered," says Paul Steely White. " The worst thing as an urban dweller is to be stuck with the auto as your only option." Transportation Alternatives also hopes to work with the city to create more pedestrian plazas.…

This brings me to my next difference, clothing. Since there is such a difference in the temperatures, it requires you to dress very differently. Most people in warm summer weather prefer to wear shorts and a short-sleeve shirt. In winter people almost have to wear a coat with pants to keep your body temperature warm. This may be an oblivious difference but the way we dress changes drastically, our entire wardrobe…
