Many people take advantage of this resource but fail to use it properly, such people as educators. In the teaching environment, it is easy to find an image that fits perfectly with a teaching lesson that will be presented to a class. This occurs often and educators often use copyrighted work without permission. For example, many educators will have a poetry unit in their teaching plan and might find a great poem that perfectly describes the style of poetry they are teaching, Then saves this great poem and create a powerpoint including the image and forget to give credit to the author. Here is where the educator failed to follow the copyright policy. Their intention wasn't to take credit for the poem someone else had created it was an unintentional act against they the of copyrighted work. it is the responsibility of every single person to use resources correctly but not everyone knows they might be breaking a law. This is why I believe people should be educated on how to properly use resources. If I was a teacher I would educate my students on the fair use and copyright policy by assigning a project where they would have to create a travel brochure and it would have to include images. After they have turned their assignment in I would return it with a horrible grade such as an F and then teach them that they images they use belong to the person who took, From their I would have created a presentation where I would go in detail on the fair use and copyright
