The Award allows the learners to focus on something they can relate to in their current roles whilst acquiring knowledge and skills which will help them understand teams when they move on to managing one.
The ILM Level 3 Award in Leadership and Management has been designed to develop the leadership and management skills of practicing or aspiring first line managers. It is a qualification consisting of five units. Candidates are taken through problem solving and decision making techniques in the first unit, then move on to explore leadership, effective teams, motivation and organising and delegating.
