In another word, he defined bullying as constant offend at co-workers, superior and inferior which may cause severe social and psychological problems for the victims (Harvey, 2009, 27). Poorly organize work environments may create workplace bullying (Agervold & Mikkelsen, 2004; Einarsen, Raknes, & Matthiesen, 1994; Leymann, 1996). The deficiencies between organization and leadership behavior may cause bullying (Einarsen, 2000; Leymann,1990, 1996). Regarding systematic approach, its define that bullied and non-bullied behavior in work environments from the perception of employee (e.g., Agervold & Mikkelsen, 2004; Jennifer, Cowie, & Ananiadou, 2003). The data collection procedure of quantitative study are polls, survey, questionnaire by using secondary data or computational technique (Kneafsey, M. 2016). The plan of present study is to gather demographic data about working women who experiencing bullying.
