I realized that Bilbo had a lot of determination. One example of determination is when Bilbo stole the ring from Gollum. Gollum is a weird creature who is pretty rich. He gets a lot of birthday presents and one of them was an invisible ring. Gollum tried to eat Bilbo just because he took one of his possessions and possibly the most valuable which was the invisibility ring.
